Penne with Pesto, Voodoo Bacon and Chilli
Ingredients
500g of penne
4 tablespoons of pesto
180g of diced Voodoo Bacon
2 long red chillis chopped
300ml of thickened cream
Salt and pepper to taste
50 grams of grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
Method
Cook penne until al dente
Fry off Voodoo Bacon into a large, deep frying pan, and add pesto and chilli
Stir in cream and season to taste
Top with grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
This will serve 4 people.
