Voodoo Bacon Praline

Ingredients
- Caster Sugar
- Water
- Diced Voodoo Bacon
Directions
- Add equal parts caster sugar and water to a saucepan
- Stir to dissolve sugar
- Place cooked and strained diced Voodoo Bacon on baking paper
- Cook sugar and water until it turns golden brown
- Pour caramel over cooked Voodoo Bacon
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Remove from baking paper and chop
- Enjoy!
