Penne with Pesto, Voodoo Bacon and Chilli

Ingredients

  • 500g of penne

  • 4 tablespoons of pesto

  • 180g of diced Voodoo Bacon

  • 2 long red chillis chopped

  • 300ml of thickened cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan or pecorino cheese

Method

  1. Cook penne until al dente

  2. Fry off Voodoo Bacon into a large, deep frying pan, and add pesto and chilli

  3. Stir in cream and season to taste

  4. Top with grated parmesan or pecorino cheese

  5. This will serve 4 people.
