Voodoo Bacon Praline


  • Caster Sugar
  • Water
  • Diced Voodoo Bacon


  1. Add equal parts caster sugar and water to a saucepan
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar
  3. Place cooked and strained diced Voodoo Bacon on baking paper
  4. Cook sugar and water until it turns golden brown
  5. Pour caramel over cooked Voodoo Bacon
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  7. Remove from baking paper and chop
  8. Enjoy!
